Should Students And Teachers Be Paid For Passing AP Test Scores? [Video]

Advanced placement (AP) tests are used as a substitute for college credit. Jeffersonville High School in Indiana pays students $100 for every Advanced Placement science, math, and English test they pass. Teachers are paid $100 for each of their students who pass exam. Do you agree with paying students and teachers these kinds of bonuses for academic achievement?
