Trayvon Martin And Oscar Grant Cases Teach Us About Justice [Video]
March 16, 2012 4:00 pm | Heit & Cheri
In the following video, Heit uses examples from the Trayvon Martin and Oscar Grant Cases to explore how the notion of justice is really just the thinly veiled workings of politics. “Justice” system activities have their roots in politics, therefore politics is the only thing that can result from activities within such a system.
This sad truth is clearly illustrated by both the Trayvon Martin and Oscar Grant cases. Every arrest, charge, trial, and conviction/acquittal is a political one. All prisoners are political prisoners. Justice is never served; only politics is.
